My name is Aden, and I'm a functional nutritionist passionate about empowering others to live holistically and strengthen their relationship with food. I've always been interested in nutrition, functional medicine, health & wellness, but it wasn’t until I began my journey to reverse an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis) that I fell in love with using food as medicine. My absolute favorite aspect of my work is partnering with clients to build sustainable, and enjoyable habits.
On a more personal note: I'm a true Texas native 🤠 Originally from the Dallas area, lived in San Antonio for a few years, and currently reside in the sunny live music capitol of the world (Austin, TX)! In my free time, you can find me spending quality time with family, traveling, trying new foods, going to pilates, curating Spotify playlists, and going to concerts to name a few :)
My dream is to acquire land where I can host workshops, grow our own food and teach others how to be more self-sustainable.
