As a clinical and functional medicine nutritionist, I help women and families cultivate lasting, generational health through therapeutic nutrition and personalized care. My journey into this work was deeply personal, shaped by years of navigating mystery symptoms, researching relentlessly, and experiencing the transformative power of nutrition firsthand.
I hold a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. I'm also a Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and trained Doula.
On a more personal note: I'm a true Texas native 🤠 Originally from the Dallas area, lived in San Antonio for a few years, and currently reside in the sunny live music capitol of the world (Austin, TX)! In my free time, you can find me spending quality time with family, traveling, trying new foods, going to pilates, curating Spotify playlists, and going to concerts to name a few :)
I specialize in gut health, ADHD and executive dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, PCOS, preconception and pregnancy health, holistic weight loss, and nutrigenomics. My approach blends science and strategy with empathy and lived experience. I believe in progress over perfection and am committed to helping clients build sustainable, personalized habits that support their long-term wellbeing—and that of future generations.
